Cupcake of the Week: Forever21 X Hello Kitty

I don’t wear t-shirts but this Forever21 X Hello Kitty collaboration is something I could get behind.  It’s rather plain, but with a glue gun, crystals, and sewing skills this shirt could go with a nice casual Lolita outfit.
